Dr Shafer is highly professional, thorough, and practical in recommending solutions to my shoulder issue.
Friendly, listened and explained.
I'm sure he knows his craft...however you may feel rushed...as I always do...you could very easily forget your questions for the Dr, because of how rushed you'll feel... It would be nice if he would take time to show and explain my x-rays. Wish it was like the old days, when you actually got the time they bill our insurance company's for. I think these days a lot of doctors are this way...maybe it's the era we live in....another man in the waiting room said his appointment for Dr Shafer was 11:30am...that's the same time min... read more

I believe he will be a great doctor for me. he was thorough and personable. I did feel he was in a rushed and hurried state but I did feel comfortable with him.
