This is not a safe location to visit due to surrounding area but mainly because the nurse tech and or so called doctors aka radiologist technicians not MDs are a danger to public health and safety due to their lack of expertise in the medical profession they claim to represent. I ended up in the hospital because of these individuals who have since been dishonest and evasive including destroying evidence of their malfeasance. This company should not be trusted!
I love working with Jessica (FNP) and Dr. Crooks. They are caring and compassionate, Over the past 3 years, my pain has become less and more manageable. However, the back office staff is less than par. I've had Rx not filled, as well as scheduling, billing, and prior authorization screw-ups. I've contacted the practice administrator via emails and phone messages, however, Morgan Martinez chooses not to respond.
Discharged from surgery and in the ER 3 hours later with complete dehydration. Could have died. Have you not heard of hanging fluids for patients? Had to pay co pay for ambulance and er. I would rather not be treated than have to go to this hospital ever again.
My experience at Healthlink Stone Oak was fantastic. I arrived weak, suffering from several medical challenges. I left strong. My therapists, Shalena Crawford and Joshua Weaver, put me through the precise series of exercises I needed to regain my strength and balance. They asked me questions and communicated clearly throughout each session. I highly recommend Healthlink Stone Oak!!!!!
Angelica is the one of the employees of physical therapy deparymenyin 67 Ave & Thunderbird location. She's hanged up the calling while I was talking to her even to confirm my up coming then she canceled the appointment!!
If I could give it less then a star I would sat in a room for about 5 hrs with my shoulder popped out in terrible pain never got as much as a Tylenol for it the dr had horrible bedside manner dr told me at 6:30 oh it’s shift change it’ll take us a min to get back in here to get that back in place didn’t show back up until close to 10 pm never got anything for pain even thought my blood pressure was in the 200s from the pain just sat there holding back tears and biting my lip avoid at all cost please even if you live close ma... read more
Dr Martin breezed in and spent 2 minutes making a decision. He had me hold up my arms in two ways and left. There was no time for questions. When he came back to give me a steroid shot I was not sure I wanted it. I said I had questions. He didn’t even look me in the eye just made his decision as to where to put the steroid. I wish I had been confident enough to walk out or at least refuse the steroid. I forced him to stay long enough to tell me I would not damage my shoulder with exercise.
