Dr. Kohl in Family practice was very informative. I thought I knew what I had to do to make myself better, but he gave me ideas that I would not have thought of. I guess that is why he is the doctor. I was very impressed.
Very frustrated patient. I have been calling to pay a bill for over a week using the number provided (443-304-3442), there is never anyone available. You are prompted to leave a message for "Denise", who never answers even the direct phone number she gives. This is very frustrating for such a large practice, that there is nobody to answer calls when a patient has a billing question or wants to pay a bill. And there is no way to pay the bill online. VERY DISSAPPOINTING AND FRUSTRATING!
My thumb stopped working and my knee was extremely painful. I saw Dr. Lee for the thumb and Dr. Sanders for my knee. The intimidate outcome was very pleasing and the body parts are in motion!! They both give you options and make things very clear....and by the way, both are very personable and take time for questions and give you the the time to do so! Adrianna, their assistant, is a great communicator as well!! 10 stars
It's hard to say anything good except a couple people were nice. It took them an hour to tell me that they are "out of network" for my insurance. I went to another imaging center (Global Imaging) who processed me and provided the needed service within a half hour.
My doctor gets 5 stars, center 5 stars most of the nurses and anesthesiologists 5 stars but 1 nurse was more interested in going home than helping me, a patient in real pain a 9 at least as I was in tears! She told me no bending twisting lifting yet when she put me in the wheelchair , I had to bend over to lower the right plastic foot rest, then she tried to wheel me again as another nurse and I both said I still have to do the other one! Dr. Ruan is a great doctor but the office and billing department are HORRIBLY managed. I am awaiting a refund due to me after overpayment and it has been 2 months of getting the run around and excuses about why they cannot cut me the check. The office manager got involved over a week ago and we still have not heard back. This is unethical, poor business practices and downright FRAUD!
N e Baptist San Antonio May 12, 2023 I know there is a shortage of medical workers. I am truly grateful for those workers who actually show up to work. I thank them regularly. I went into this with a positive attitude. I am scheduled for procedure on Friday. I show up on Wednesday for pre admission labs and paperwork. As requested. The admission clerk was coughing all over. No mask or plexi with only half attempt to cover top of nose. I was sent to lab where they bruised me, it looks horrible. I don’t refer nobody to go here because they don’t respect you and has you waiting for a long time to be seen. Then my last two visits I was rushed out of the hospital because of a floor doctor. I went in for my sickle cell anemia crisis and was mistreated by the staff who don’t understand sickle cell anemia and sickle cell crisis.
