Chas Roberts was scheduled to complete our annual HVAC/AC operational check. The individual completing the annual operational check was Gary. The operational check was completed within the time frame stated. We were reminded by Chas Roberts on Sunday of the appointment via a telephone call. Gary contacted us on Monday morning advising that he would be at our location around 9:00 AM & the time frame was accurate. I made the service call this morning and got same day service. The technician - Michael - was also able to call and come early which was great for me. The service was performed in a timely manner. I got a call yesterday indicating a tech was coming out to do some follow up on a new install. Matt was right on time and performed the necessary service and checked out a few other things. I was able to ask a few questions about my 3 zone system and how the thermostats operated together. He went so far as to help me understand a bit more about 'high tech' thermostats and how they can be controlled and programmed through an app. It was a huge help as I had planned to keep doing everything manually. Very honest and professional. Recommended by my neighbor for a new AC/furnace installation and now I highly recommend them. Very good installation and I was impressed that they had a QA visit to check the installation ensure my satisfaction. Very responsive company - I just had "The Brick" come out for a service call that resolved my issue. He certainly knew his stuff - great job.

Brandon did an excellent job servicing our air handler and heat pump unit. He was thorough and made sure all aspects were tested/reviewed both before the repair and after. He was very knowledgeable and explained all aspects of the system, thermostat, etc. and how they worked. He was very approachable and professional and did not make or leave any mess.

I called Chas Roberts on Monday and sent them warranty items listed by our home inspector requesting they be corrected. Our service man (Oscar) called 20 minute's before his arrival and arrived on schedule. Oscar took time to reviewed the items to be corrected with my wife and I and took time to explain items he corrected and the pictures of each item. Both my wife and I were impressed with the service and would rate our service as a #5 Tony

We just moved into our new home a week ago and had several issues with our new system ; constant rattling noise coming from the ceiling , we had a thermostat not functioning properly , and we had a loud noise every time the heater kicked on. Our technician Matt came out and fixed all of the problems , gave me great info on our system, and answered all of my questions. Matt was professional and a good communicator. His tech code is MATC, ask for him .

We've been a Chas Roberts HVAC customer for more than 7 years and when we ran into plumbing issues at our two homes, they were the first to come to mind for the repairs. Replacement of a failed mains gate valve at one home and replacement of an aged water heater at the second were performed by the same plumbing tech - Joseph, and he was friendly, courteous, punctual and thorough (and he had a good sense of humor). We'll continue to depend on the Chas Roberts team for all of our HVAC and (now) plumbing needs.
