Chris was amazing! He quickly resolved all issues he found and informed us of all repairs made. I definitely recommend everyone request him as the repair technician.

We discovered one of our AC units was not working last week, and, as long time customers of Chas Roberts, we called for an appt. A technician came out the next day, and the problem went from diagnosing a simple part failure, to us needing to consider purchasing a whole new unit! Needless to say, I called for another opinion, and a new Tech came out the next day to diagnose and fix our system. A big thank you to Chas Roberts! Our first year maintenance on our AC went well until 24 hours later our compressor quit working (Friday). Chas Roberts came out as quickly as possible (Saturday afternoon), delivered the bad news and then proceeded to work with us to make the repair as quickly and without financial harm as possible. The builder, Taylor M*******, delivered my home with damaged A/C. It's hard to get TM to make things right but Mike, aka The Brick, went to bat for me and I now have a new, fully functioning A/C unit. Our other experiences with Chas Roberts have been positive too so thanks very much! ** *****

I have been in my home for 14 years and always had a problem with the air flow in my home and two of my bedrooms not getting any air flow and making the rooms miserable in the Summer months. I had lived with the problem for many years thinking that it was a normal problem. I finally had three separate licensed Electrical Contractors come out to look at the duct work in my attic that was installed by Chas Roberts when the home was built. You have not had any service appointments with Chas Roberts related to any issues, before your appointment in March of 2018. Just had my year end checkup on my AC unit provided the Builder of my New home. Matthew the Technician who came out to do the check up from Chas Roberts was awesome. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and presented me with several options in service plans and was a true professional. I would recommend Chas Roberts for all your AC needs and with professionals like Matt your truly can't go wrong. Great Job Chas!!!! One happy homeowner

I purchased a new home a year ago with a Chas Roberts HVAC unit installed. I contacted the company and purchased their Annual CHAS agreement covering 2 seasonal visits plus additional benefits as outlined on the Internet. I was also informed of these extra benefits by the sales representative when I placed my order. During the initial visit, the technician informed me that the extra benefits were not available in my market.
