It's been a few months since September that our air conditioner clocked out right in the middle of a heat wave. Your technician Casey got here towards the end of the day and in an hour was able to replace a broken motor fan part up in the attic. He just happen to have a replacement on hand in his truck. The reason for all these details is that I am very impressed with ChasRoberts for sending their technicians well stocked for emergency situations. Jason W*** came by to change the filters for our water softener on 2 November 2018. I cannot sufficiently appreciate how professional he was and what a great job he did on a **System that our builder had installed. Importantly, Jason W*** was able to ensure that the yellow light, indicating that the filters needed to be changed became green again. This is not quite as simple to do as one might imagine.
