Fred serviced our A/C on our yearly plan and he was great, spent over 30 minutes carefully inspecting everything to make sure we were safe and our a/c unit was running 100%. He was very professional, funny, patient and thorough.

Chas Roberts was the only company who came to my rescue when our unit started leaking. They were able to come out sooner than I expected and provided options on how we could repair our unit timely. The technician was polite and worked hard to get our unit up and running again. We will definitely be using Chas Roberta for all of our heating and cooling, or plumbing needs!

We went with Chas Roberts as they were the ones who installed our AC unit when we built our home, after only being in our home since February 2013 our AC went out, so we called them out, we called on Sunday they couldnt come until Tuesday, the technician came out and said we were really low on the gas in the AC unit and we needed another 5lbs of it for our unit to run, he also stated we had a leak but could not find it. Chas Roberts just installed a new HVAC unit for me. I was very impressed by the service tech's initial visit when he took the time to explain the issues with my 17 year old unit. He also compared its repair cost to a new unit. The installation crew was great as well, taking care to cover floors and items near the attic access. Everything was explained to me throughout the process. I couldn't be more satisfied and am also glad that there will be an included check of the system to ensure it is functioning. properly.

I have had my A/C and Furnace Systems under annual contract with Chas Roberts for the 4 years I have owned my home. During last summers inspection the Chas Roberts Engineer notice that my AC unit was drawing way to much power. He researched the problem and we corrected the problem before the unit failed in 100 degree weather. He also saved me a lot of money as the he caught the problem before the faulty unit sucked up all my solar credits. I had a 9-12 a.m. service window, and the technician did not arrive until 4:15 p.m. I only received one call telling me it would be closer to 12:30 p.m. When I called at 2:45 p.m. I was told the technician was finishing up his job and would be on his way any minute. Only after I called an hour later did they dispatch someone else to take care of the issue. The Manager was completely unapologetic. Hopefully the work is better than the customer service because the customer service is terrible.

I purchased a new AC unit from Chas Roberts a little over a year ago, and have had nothing but problems with it ever since. Last summer I had to call them out about three times to do repairs on the unit because it wasn't cooling. Fortunately it was under warranty and I wasn't billed. On June 9, 2017 I had a problem with my air conditioner. The unit outside was running and on but no air was blowing inside of the house. The thermostat was set to on. I decided to turn the thermostat to off because the unit was running and no air was blowing.
