Just had Daniel from Chas *******A/C and Heating out to fix my heat pump problem, no heat just cold air. He did an excellent job of checking everything and readjusting some code settings and I have wonderful heat. I am so very pleased with his work and experience, he explained everything he was doing. He also mentioned the 2 inspections a year plan and its benefits and I signed up for that. He also made a suggestion for a device to lower the compressor amp start up and I had that installed. Scheduling is very efficient and reliable--this is a welcome part of the customer experience. The tune-up itself was also a great experience--Christian was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He reviewed the steps to the visit, his analysis, and his recommendations in a clear and concise manner. He was very conscientious about protecting the carpet and left all areas in perfect shape. Christien R****, was our service tech and he called before his arrival and he arrived when promised. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and took time to educate us on our thermostat settings for the winter months. This company is inefficient in many ways. Called for an appointment for maintenance in October I already paid for.I also specified I would not be able to have them come until late November or early December. The person I spoke to said,”no problem “ just call when you know for sure. I called yesterday and was told the earliest they could come was December 31st between 1 and 5 Pm. Not acceptable! I recently was having an issue with my heat pump and since Chas. Roberts installed my system I called them to check my system. A technician name Cody came out and diagnosed my problem and made a repair within minutes. Based on this experience I would highly recommend Chas.
