The technician, Michael, was awesome! He arrived within the time frame stated and quickly found the problem. Michael was able to fix the problem with a temporary solution and will expedite the part to fix the problem permanently.

We had our annual service checkup today by Chris. During the checkup he went above and beyond to discover why the condensation drain on one of our units was clogged -- for some reason it was buried underground. He then did an excellent job of digging it out and un-clogging it.

Have been using them for two or three years to do maintenance on AC/heat system - constantly amazed at how nice their employees are - friendly, courteous, professional - always do a thorough job. The company communicates well - just a nice bunch of competent people!!

I just wanted to thank Chas Roberts for hiring and training such professional employees. I recently had a major problem with my Reme Halo that presented some challenging problem solving situations for the techs. Although it took 4 visits to resolve I was pleased with the quick responses in scheduling my appointments and Phillip, Matt and Tallen were very professional, knowledgeable and honest with me. I would definitely recommend Chas Roberts for your AC/Heating problems.

I typically do not do many reviews, but in the case of Chas Roberts . . . I had to say something about the exceptional care that was taken on a AC unit in a home I purchased. They tranferred warranty and took care of all the work needed promptly. I highly recommend Chas Roberts for there quality products, even more, their exceptional customer care.
