I was very happy with the experience with Chas Roberts. the crew was very efficient, courteous, and professional. although there was a small insulation problem is was handled and resolved quickly. Their employees are outstanding, careful of the property and knowledge about the profession.
We were so impressed with the representatives from your company who came to our home on the eve of Thanksgiving. They were methodical in diagnosing the problem and promptly fixing it. They double checked to be sure the problem was resolved. Both Matthew and Isaac were pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and patiently explained the difference in the newer technology, which was helpful. You are fortunate to have them working for you. on 9/15/19 called Chas roberts for an emergency issue with my AC, Tech came out and before checking it out he decide its need to replace coil and because the unit its TWO WEEKs out of the labor warranty that I need to pay 1600$ labor cost, first the unit its brand new installed two years ago, second he didnt perform full diagnostic to find out if its really the leak there, unfortuanly every warranty have grace period and since its brand new supposed to last more than two years, called many time and none there care for family... read more
I had a problem with a leak somewhere in my water system according to my water meter. Santiago and Evan from Chas Roberts saw that my cut off valve was old, outdated and leaking. They updated it with new, modern equipment as a first step in diagnosing the overall leak problem and that actually ended up solving the problem. They were very courteous, very professional and very knowledgeable. I recommend them and Chas Roberts highly. I am very happy with their work and I thank them very much for solving the problem.
Mike B******* (The Brick) is a great asset for Chas! My service window was 7pm to midnight and he had arrived about 6:45 so I was excited about that. As soon as he arrived, I felt like I was going to be taken care of and I had a comfort level that he knew exactly what was needed to get my issue corrected. Excellent customer service! I had a stumper of an AC problem. It took 4 appts, new thermostat, new sensor, and the problem persisted. I saw 3 different service techs during that time, 2 journeyman level and one with only a few months experience. ALL the techs were dedicated to resolving the problem (so evident!), displayed excellent customer service skills at all times, put their head together with their field supervisor when needed. I arranged for a complimentary plumbing inspection a few moments ago. There was a time when complimentary meant there was no cost. The website coupon you are referring to clearly states that the complimentary inspection is with the purchase of a Chas Plan. You do not have a current Chas Plan as it expired in July. Additionally, you called in for a known plumbing issue, which does not qualify for the complimentary inspection.
