Tallen, service tech was so amazing. Not only was he thorough in his work, he educated me on the most efficient way to operate my unit. He was so pleasant to deal with, great communication before arriving and throughout his service visit. I had a lost of ac at & pm and called Chas Roberts.The phone representative I spoke with was very kind .She sent Jake the tech. from Chas Roberts . He came on Fri. 6-29-19 at 9:30 pm . He fixed the problem temporary till we could get a new unit. We were having company for the 4th that week so decided to get a new unit then. Mike, our technician was awesome. My AC broke in the middle of the night, by the next morning Mike showed up and in a few minutes he had everything humming again. He then endured all my technical questions and helped me figure out some options to cool the house better after we added a new room to the floorpan. He was quick and accurate with service and punctual on time. Very happy with customer service! He sure deserves a raise! :-)
I was very fortunate enough today to have a technical advisor named Matt assigned to my air flow concern, One of the bedrooms were not cooling down He explained everything he found and how to resolve lack of proper air flow concern. He brought a cone like instrument into my home and checked out air flow. He climbed into the attic as well. VERY prompt service (first thing next morning!) on a squealing fan or compressor noise problem. Explicit, detailed explanation of the needed repairs by the most polite & competent service tech Nizar. Even better--we were given competitive pricing and financing options for eventual replacement of our 22 year-old units--both of which make use of a type of refrigerant soon to be unavailable as HVAC systems improve with changing technology. Highly recommend this company after over 2 decades of great service. ---******
The Brick visited our home. He was very professional, he wore his booties which I absolutely loved as we don’t wear shoes inside the house. Additionally, he was quick and accurate with service and punctual on time. Very happy with customer service! He sure deserves a raise! :-)
