I bought new house in 2017 where Chas Roberts installed HVAC unit. The warranty on parts is 5 yra from ****** and labor warranty from Chas Roberts for 2 years. I have had many issues and raise 12 service requests in first 2 years for many repairs. Now Iam out of labor warranty and now AC is having issue and not cooling below 82. The estimation is about $1400 from Chas Roberts when coil to be replaced. This is not the service we expect for a new unit. I believe the installation was not done at properly from day one.
Roberto came by to explain our new Carrier system in our new home, and he was very thorough and informative. He checked all 3 thermostats and the dampers, and the gas furnace and outdoor unit for proper charge. He took the time to make sure everything was working well and did not seem to be in a hurry and was obviously experienced when I had a question. I would recommend Roberto and Chas to my friends and neighbors without hesitation. Gary and Melissa S.
Totally inadequate training of service representatives and substandard repairs. Had to have another company to come in and correct their work
our AC went out. Chas made it out the next day. we had a couple of hiccups along the way and i did have to call in and check on our parts. we didn't have AC for 4 days. however, in the end they made everything right. especially the extended warranty misunderstanding. they went above and beyond. the techs were working a lot of OT and were tired and hot. stuff happens, especially when things are busy. these type of things happen everywhere. mechanics, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. especially during the covid 19 stuff. than... read more

Very, very polite and answered all my questions. Was alsovery aware of separation for covid 19. Gave me an honest opinion of what was exactly done and did make a suggestion, that I get a permanent filter. He also said that I may need coolent at some point so I suggested it be left to the fall since I purchased the new contrack and the filter thank you so much for your good service

We had a horrible noise coming from our AC unit in a brand new Mattamy spec home and the technician they sent out to us was fabulous! He fixed the noise, as well as discovering another issue that would have caused us problems later this summer when it gets hot, so we are MORE than happy.
This company removed our old air and furnance. Signed the contact at a fair price,came out the next day and had both units in,in 7hrs. Both men were professionals knew exactly what they were doing. This is a company that you want to do your heating and air. Thanks Chas Roberts

Wow, does this company suck at life! 7 trips out to my 3 month old house and every low to mid level tech has a new **idea on how to Not fix the issues. What a shit show, this place is the ******** of the HVAC industry. Hope you don't need any real help because your not going to get any here. They don't follow up for return trip appointments when new parts come in, I've had to call and see whats going on almost every time.
