We called Chas Roberts as they were the company that originally installed our a/c unit. We recently purchased a home and wanted them to give our a/c a checkup. Jesse C. was our tech. He arrived on time, did a thorough check of our unit, and gave us some sound advise about maintaining it in the best condition. The Chas Roberts technician, Isaac, was professional, courteous, and serviced my AC thoroughly. He explained the service he did on the unit, and set a reasonable expectation for the maintenance I needed to have done.

Had some concerns in my new home about the air flow to two of my bedrooms. There was at least an 8 degree swing between those rooms and the master where the control was that these two rooms were zoned with which caused my A/C unit to be running constantly. Availability of appointments (scheduled by my builder) were within the next 24 hours which was AWESOME even though it was an evening window (4-8pm). A/C went out at 8:30 pm. Next day temps in Tucson forecast for 106. Called hot line in Phoenix and scheduled service for next morning. Service technician CLAYTON L** called ahead and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem (capacitor) and got us up and running in short order. Clayton was courteous, considerate, patient, informative, and professional. My wife and I appreciated him both as a person and for his expertise...great guy / great job!

Kasey from Chas Roberts Air Conditioning was pretty much all I could ask for in a service technician. He seemed not to mind me asking a lot of questions as he worked (which I'm sure can be annoying) and made 100% sure he'd diagnosed the problem before leaving, even though the issue seemed superficially apparent. I also appreciated that he gave me the worst-case price, so that I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that the parts were in warranty.
