We have been in our new *****************home for about 16 months. For months a high, whistle-like sound was heard, especially when the HVAC system was off. The builder's Customer Service Rep seemed unable to correct it, so we called Chas Roberts directly. They sent out "Angelo" a technician with 10 years experience. I justed started using Chas Roberts last month (September 2018) They have been very professional right from the first time I contacted them. all of their mechanics hav been very efficient. The Mechanic Harold is outstanding. He called me the following day following up on the repair that he completed, to make sure everything was running right. I would highly recommend this organization for all Air conditioning repairs. Operating 24 hours a day.

Horrible company, called them out to check on a/c and advised me something I didn’t even need which they told me would fix the issue with the a/c... had to call them back out a week later because my a/c was doing the same thing the next representative advised me it was something totally different... this company make you spend money you don’t have to.

Just had my A/C unit serviced by Chas Roberts, they went through the whole system, explained how everything works and best to use my A/C unit. They were very thorough and spent a considerable amount of time helping me with my issues. I recommend their workmanship and customer service approach.

This is not make sense, can Chas Roberts really fix my AC? I bought my house with new AC unit at 2013. It is standard practice for all homes out of warranty to be quoted the $85 trip charge. Chas Roberts has no issue covering a workmanship item from installation, but if it is related to equipment failure, that would not be covered under workmanship. We are more than happy to go out and review your current situation. There will be at least an $85 trip charge if it is not related to workmanship, and depending on what the technician finds an estimate for those repairs.
