Ben S**** was out to my home in Vail on 23 July because my A/C wasn't cooling and my thermostat wasn't cooling below 84 degrees. He quickly determined the issue was a faulty Evaporator. He thoroughly explained the issue, that he'd had the part ordered/expedited and that when I was called to schedule an appointment to request a morning appointment because this would take a minimum of 4-hours but likely longer. Our AC went out in the evening and the house had gotten up to 90 degrees. The technician was at our house within 2 hours of our call and had the AC up and running again. It fast and friendly service.

I'm a new homeowner and new to having an A/C unit. My first service call to Chas Roberts was to report that my A/C had experienced a power surge as the result of being struck by lightening during a (monsoon) storm. Chas Roberts' tech Brandon deserves this review. He worked up in our attic which had to be 110 plus for hours. He would not come down until he found the problem we were having with cooling and air flow. After process of elimination he found the problem and made the necessary repairs. Thru out the process he was very courteous and professional.If all the techs are like Brandon I would not hesitate in recommending Chas Roberts.

I had Nick come out on June 26th to fix a hot room issue. Nick found a leak in the duck work and made cooling the master room better.Also he noticed the wifi connection on the thermostat was never connected when I bought the house last year. Nick tried to get it to work and the thermostat was broken and needed to be replaced. a new one was ordered. Nick was patient with all my questions and was very knowledgeable in his job. We arrived home after a trip to a very warm master bedroom in 106 degree weather. We called in and were given a window appointment that afternoon. Santos arrived and asked questions and was a good listener to determine the issue. He explained what he was doing and why, and was able to address the problem and get the a/c unit back up and running very quickly. He also did various tests to insure no other problems and that entire system was functioning properly. Very Professional and Thorough.
