Getting their nursing staff to do their jobs correctly
Can’t say enough good about the nursing, medical and lab care I received while on the 7th floor. Caring and helpful, felt like a member of the family during my time. I know Im missing a few people but thanks to Kim and Dez, Wendy and Jen. Also to PA Melissa who is awesome, Dr Elian and Dr Greenberg (sp?) who all took time to be sure i was safe and comfortable. You all went above and beyond. Thank you.
Arrived at 0935 registration was on computer didn’t talk to anyone until they wanted my money then borgess doesn’t take care credit so couldn’t pay 2 days before I was told my part was 800.00 when I got to the computer went up to4900.00 big difference then 1015 I finally get to sign in for appointment which was at 10 am then from 1015 to 1115 wait to get injection needed for test then had to wait another 40 minuets to have X-ray then after first part done was taken to another room where I was told one in one out have a seat ... read more
GPS can't find women's health
I have now been waiting for two days for a referral to get my infection from carpal tunnel surgery under control.Nobody seems to care about.MRI was positive for infection.July 31st was my surgery, I have been suffering for over 5 weeks and still no answers????🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Excellent care in outpatient surgery! Clean, efficient! Staff all great. Especially Erica usually works on ER! Excellent clinician! Dr Markel skilled and caring. Gave me good information.
