I went in to the er and for the 2 hrs I was in the waiting room, the people next to me had been there for 5 hrs, and it was here dr who sent her there, I heard one lady had been there for 4hrs, one boy had a broken arm and was there for an hr. I left, that’s ridiculous I’ll go and suffer.
I have been told i will have to pay for an office visit of $165.00 to get refills on maointenance medications. i have been a patient at westside medical for approx 20 years. Ascentions priority has now become bottom line pay our shareholders dividends. Medicare will NOT pay for an office visit just to refill rx. Now i have to find another dr. which is your plan. this is NOT federal or state requirement because i know of Bronson doctors who STILL electronically send ALL med rx refills. at 65 with a limited income i am disgust... read more
if you have to get labs expect to spend a hour plus. I checked in sat at registration#1. Extremely slow at getting people registered would sit in their little rooms not waiting on any one. Took another patient to go complain to get people to get things moving. Would be smooth if you could figure out how to get registration #1 to flow correctly.
Fantastic staff and drs at Borgess Hospital
Staff was so happy and friendly my favorite nurse was Gerry, she held my hand during my shot, she was very compassionate, I’ve never had someone so sweet in healthcare :) I wish she was my doctor 👩⚕️
This is the third time I've had problems with outpatient testing. I confirmed my appointment time THREE TIMES with the scheduler, only to arrive today and be ignored for half an hour and then told my appointment was scheduled late in the day. I don't understand what is so difficult about getting things right!
I had my second outpatient surgery with Dr. Terrell this week and it went phenomenally. Dr. Terrell himself is AMAZING and I recommend him to everyone I know. He's incredibly knowledgeable and his bedside manner is the BEST. He's so thorough in explaining things, and he's truly my favorite doctor. The nursing staff and anesthesiologists were all incredibly kind and caring people, and I'm so grateful to have been seen by such a wonderful staff.
