most of the staff is extremely rude and they don't communicate with shift changes or with other departments, causing a lot of confusion, half the time they allow some leniency with visitors other times the people up front tell you to get out of the building immediately. Will not be returning any time soon and would not recommend for others
RecommendedOne day, I almost died. So, I went to Ascension and they fixed me.
i am having people say that they are going to ban my portal use and being very disrespectful and a practice manager at Westside that won't send my messages to my provider and saying I'm not using it right when I'm using it to communicate with my providers and update them on things that they referred me to. and my provider asked me to keep her updated. I like my provider there but the there's a few people there that's making me feel like not going back.
They're really nice, kind and concerned about their patients. Thanks y'all. God bless yall..
Today I am laying my mom to rest because Covid took priority over other medical conditions. Then this morning Borgess CICU calls and leaves a voicemail stating my dads condition is getting worse. Prob is thats not my dad. Its another families dad. How unprofessional. (I pray for him and his family) anyone else stay away from borgess. They can’t call the right family how they going to make right decisions!!
I came to the hospital to get tested because when I woke up my throat and my tonsils we’re really swollen. woke up choking and all they did was test me for strep throat. and gave me a medicine that works in 5 to 6 hours !!! . They only tested me for strep throat so they automatically assume that nothing was wrong with me. without further testing me for anything else. everybody else even the nurse clearly see that my tonsils were swollen but they still sent me home with no reason of why my throat / tonsils could have been swo... read more
The nurses have been great; however my husband was moved from ICU to the 2nd floor last night and he had to wait until they found a bed for the room and there was NO toilet paper until mid morning today! Yes, he asked for it last night and he was told they had none. You can see that cleaning is not a priority. I had to ask housekeeping to clean his over bed table because it was sticky and no it’s wasn’t from my husband as he was NPO.
