Yesterday my primary sent me to Borgess to get a CT scan because of abdominal pain. Waited two hours in the waiting room w/ it crammed full of ppl on either side of me. Finally made it back to a room, saw the nurse for about 15 minutes and didn't see anyone again for hours. Wasn't even given the call/tv remote to call for help. After 4.5 hours, I was finally taken for a CT scan that took 10 minutes. My sister was waiting in parking lot for me (to take what should've been a quick test) n called to see what was taking so long.... read more

This was today’s mail. I only owe 1 bill totaling $18.54. Why am I getting between 5-10 letters each day for the same bill? I have received well over 100 letters from you since June for the same bill. I have tried calling multiple times. The bill is in the wrong persons name so I cannot even take care of it even though it’s for my underage child. The phone system has been down too long and I need this taken care of. Y’all have an employee named David Pelligrino that is wishing that cops die. What if a cop came in for treatment?? Is he going to let them die?? Wouldn’t be an employee I would want to take a risk for.
Diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer and was treated horrible. I was refused my daily asthma meds and my antidepressants (until I threatened with a lawyer). Left laying in pain for 45 minutes refused a shower, Borgess USED to be a top notch hospital but horrible now. I may die in 6 months and maybe not if I do chemo either way Borgess will NEVER make another dime off of my insurance. Borgess you and your staff SUCK
When someone's mental health is in question, and they are concerned enough about it to have their friend bring them in to your ER, how about NOT MAKING SUICIDE JOKES to the patient. Saying things like "At least you don't have a noose with your name on it" and joking about buying a gun to kill yourself are absolutely unacceptable behavior and just plain disgusting.
WORST TREATMENT TOWARDS FAMILY OF PATIENTS HAVING SURGERY BY FAR.
