We have been going here since birth 76 & 73 years now. never once had a bad experience. Doctors, nurses, receptionists, and tech have always been over the chart kind and helpful. We always tease and say we've been there so much we own the hospital.
This is the WORST hospital in Kalamazoo I will be contacting News channel 3 and the NAACP!!!!! I’m
Nurses are overworked, Doctors do not work together, patients are neglected, charts aren’t read, health records are ignored. Family has to be there 24/7 to make sure their loved ones are safe. I will be calling the Joint Commission. And by the way, you’re emergency room employees are so unprofessional. It was a quiet night when my brother was brought in for numerous problems. All around great ER personnel and tech staff.
All of the staff are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I went into urgent care yesterday, was told I had appendicitis, was admitted for the night, had surgery this morning, and am home with my family tonight. While I was there, they made sure to inform me of all procedures, times, administered medications and side effects, let me meet and talk (and share some jokes) with all staff involved in the procedures, and let my family stay with me for as long as we wanted to be together. Thank god I am no longer a part of this place! Nurses, PCA’s hurry thru work to gossip and play on phones! Supervisors SUCK! Drama! Trying to change my “Star” to 1 but can’t. I should have waited to review. I will never go there for treatment nor will my family after what I found out!
Went to the Woodbridge IMC for a fully embedded tick.. which was not totally removed and treated properly .. the lady was mad at me for coming in for tick removal (in a spot I couldn’t even reach) and gave me a lecture about how I should remove a tick before even looking at it.! 1st off I can’t reach it and 2d odd EMBEDDED 🤔. Had to get treated at my bronson doc after I developed the bullseye rash.. and had problems ever since.. Also been trying for weeks to get my medical records released to a dif hospital but they won’t r... read more
