Your billing department is horrible. They overcharged me 2-1/2 months ago and I still don't have my refund of $244.32. You are a bunch of scam artists and I will never, ever use Borgess again!!!!!
I had surgery July 23 They required me to pay my full deductible ($500) prior to surgery. My deductible was already met so now they owe me. Ninety days later and still no refund. I call each week and they continue to say I should see it next week. Wow you made me pay up front because your policy thinks I may not pay, but you have held my money three months.
I have had nothing but problems with promed on Angling Rd. My PA is nice, IF I can get in to see her, which often takes several months as she only works PT. And if I have an immediate/urgent need, I have to go to one of their walk in clinics because no one is available for the next month/sometimes 2!!! And when you need a prescription refill, forget it - I have to call repeatedly. They dont care how long they have left you without your medication, so I don't know why they ask this question on the prescription refill line. I ... read more
Borgess is horrible, they lied about admitting me, they didn't take me serious when I told them I was throwing up blood. I went to Bronson only to get admitted for the same thing, I'd like to sue them for sending me home. Bronson ended up performing a colonoscopy on my and found that my large intestine was hemorrhaging. Doctors that are there really need to actually care, and do their job. The nurse there had one of the funkiest attitudes. It just needs to be shut down!
Went in to emergency room for life threatening condition. They took great care of me. Nice people!
This morning I went in to the emergency room crying and in an unbelievable amount of pain. I had gone to Bronson the previous Saturday complaint of pain and told the intake nurse that I believed I had a uti, they failed to run the test for it and sent me home after 8 hours with period pain. Fast forward to this morning and I was in an unbelievable amount of pain and my symptoms were mimicking those of appendicitis, so I decided to come to Borgess instead. Ascension Health, Borgess Hospital, Westside Medical - I would not recommend these facilities to anyone, not because they don't provide good care but because their billing is a nightmare. Incomprhensible bills, different account numbers for everything - including if they send a second bill out for the same service! - and a seemingly impossible to fix problem at Westside where copayments made there are posted not to patient's Westside account but the Borgess NEUROSURGERY! My mother went in for a head injury blood was all over her face and head as well as her knee. No matter how many times she asked for them to clean them they refused and let her leave bloody without a Ct scan now she is back with headaches!!!🤬 Do the job right the first time second visits wouldn't be necessary unless that's the goal🤔🤨👎🏾
To the person that stole my mom phone thank you, thank you for taking the only pics of her and I, thank you for taking that away from me, to the people that I talked to about this thank you for nothing I didn't even get a sorry.
