I spent 6 weeks going in and out of the outpatient department for various treatments. The staff was always very caring. I will always drive to Borgess for my care. Even when i live in Battle Creek.

Great place to be if you want to get ignored by the staff who are too busy trying to cope with all the faulty malfunctioning equipment to administer any type of medical care. I'm sure they do the best they can with what they have, but what they have simply doesn't work. This is the McDonald's of hospitals: sorry but our doctor machine BROKE. "Exceptional Care" my eye!
I was a patient in Kalamazoo Borgess. Something happened and I was GONE for 30 seconds and then full resuscitation brought me back by Dr. Chaco. He saved my life with a temp pacemaker on my neck and then a new one implanted 4 days later. I am having another heart procedure next month - AT BORGESS in Kalamazoo. I trust the heart team there. I live in Dowagiac.
