Doctor came into my room at 7 am said I was third in line for a heart cath he stated each one takes approximately 1/2 hour (even though I came by ambulance) finally at 2:30 the doctor comes back in and says they will be up for me in 5 minutes. Finally an hour later they show up to get me. The nurses where rude and couldn’t tell my husband why I hadn’t been down for the heart cath yet. They discharge me a couple hours later with no paperwork on restrictions or returning to work. I wasn’t impressed with their service.
I just want to thank ALL of staff at Borgess Hospital for taking such great care of my Dad. He was airlifted to you yesterday with heart and lung problems and could possibly go home tomorrow! Amazing to me. I have to say your staff, from surgeons and nurses down to housecleaning and cooks are so kind and helpful. God bless you all!!
My surgeon was amazing. My care on 4th floor second shift landed me in critical care. Thank you so much Darius Hollings for saving my life
