Doctors are great. Billing system is a nightmare. They bill the wrong insurance company, then bill the right one, but try to claim that the co-pay wasn't paid. When you show proof it was, they claim it was applied to another bill. Incompetent or frauds?
Worst experience ever...I hope I never have to come here again...surgery was delayed by almost 8 hours, recovery nurses were terribly rude, and then they dragged their feet mist of the next day with our release....never have a experienced so much unprofessional behavior in a medical setting!!!!!
My mother had an aorta valve replaced and the nurses and doctors were very informative and kept us updated
