Our visit to Bill Bryan Kia on 5/31 was very pleasant & resulted in our purchase of a 2017 Soul. We arrived earlier than their sales hours & were immediately & enthusiastically greeted by sales consultant, Chad McDonald. They pressure washed the paint off my car! I don't even pressure wash my own car! And they refuse to own up to it! It wasn't like that when I dropped it off this was my first time at this dealership and it's sad to say the service that has been given was the most unprofessional service I have ever in my life received. The fact is you did it and can't take responsibility for it. I suggest if you want loyal good customer service go to the dealership down the street bc your not going to get it here.
Such a sad experience here, bought my Kia Sorento almost three years ago at this dealership. Not only was I not told that the car had been wrecked previous to me buying it but it counts against me. So when I tried to purchase another vehicle they suckered me into going under Blue Book value and then tried to add back the difference into my loan? Nope I will not be a second time buyer here so much for the neighborhood treatment.
Went in just to look at the Sportages, as we had one years ago and loved it. Zach Bell, our salesman, was awesome and answered every question we had. Needless to say, we are the proud owners of a brand new Sportage!!. The price was great, and every employee we had contact with, were very kind and polite.
Went in 4/30 looking for a new Sedona, left with a new Sedona. You guys are awesome, thank you Ron for helping us, and thank you Dale for pointing us to Ron to work with today. Cannot be happier with what we left with.
