I had a wonderful car buying expierence. I was already nervous and anxious but they more than made everything smooth and easier to swallow than honey. They were accomidating a genuine. Miguel, MJ and JR; I just want to say thank you. All the time and often.
Service is horrible. Came in last week for an appointment and after cancelling my plans and driving 45 minutes, they said they couldn't do the work. Brought it in at 8am this morning, here I sit waiting at 3:45. $725 for this kind of service? Not again.
This store was great and Jason helped put me in my dream car. He didn't just sell me the car, he gave me a full tour and set up the seats, radio and my phone to Bluetooth. I felt comfortable in my new ride and he gave me a business card if I had any other questions. Great store with a great team! Thank you Bill Bryan Kia!!
