This was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. Dale called me back first thing in the morning. Zach met me in the parking lot as I arrived. Humberto, the sales manager told some great stories and made concessions in my favor. The finance guy (Eddie?) was the most honest and knowledgeable loan expert I've dealt with. They also had free coke and hot dogs. This is a great company. And I am far from an easy customer.
We have purchased 4 vehicles from Bill Bryan Kia , 2 new and 2 used with all 4 we had a great experience from the sales people to the finance guys and the service department after the purchase . We will continue our relationship with this dealer for any of our future car purchases.
