I was a bit surprised that it took 2.5 hours for a general maintenance of changing the oil and rotation tires but it's been a long time since I've taken anything in to have work done on it. I had called and set it an appointment in advance so I would not have to wait. That being said, everything was fine including the salesperson Tim Lile who once again showed me how to set up the navigation on my Niro. He has the patience of Job! All in all, a good trip to the dealership.

I had an excellent experience. Great friendly staff. Droped the car off, returned two hours later, car was all ready to go. No issues!
Excellent experience. Alissa (?) in the service department met me and went over the items I wanted done. Later she came in the waiting area and discussed Items that needed attention. She immediately took care of the necessary repairs. I was very pleased with the service I received.
I stopped in for an oil change and received immediate attention and service. Every time I have been at Bill Ryan Kia I have been treated fairly and with respect. The waiting area is clean, staff are friendly, and refreshments are available. You don't find this service in any other Kia dealerships I have been to in New York and Florida.
Never had a bad experience there. Always on their toes and can’t seem to do enough for you.
