I bought my second Kia 2 years ago new, fell in love with her after a trail drive. My service from then to now has always been excellent! I wouldn’t think of taking Leslie Ann my car anywhere else.
I had excellent service on Thursday January 11 for my regular maintenance on my 2015 Kia Optima. A very pleasant Leslie Cox met me got the information she needed and stated they would get my car serviced and washed and back to me ASAP. Went into waiting area had a hot dog a popcorn and within 45 minutes Leslie came and took me to the cashier where I completed paying for the service. Leslie was a very pleasant young woman and made my trip pleasant.
First class service provided by everyone I spoke to. Nice customer lounge area.I was in and out in an hour and this is outstanding. Thank you for the opportunity to comment! Keep up the good work.
