We purchased a Soul yesterday and although I'm NOT entirely disapointed in the experience, I think the associates that took care of us were a little bit lacking. We had our 15,000 mile check on our KIA SOUL performed yesterday. I have always been impressed by the professionalism of the service department. Outstanding service. I missed seeing Scottie in the sales dept during my visit yesterday. He sold us our KIA Soul in 2015. Was told he could no longer make the daily commute from Orlando, so he left the company. I am sure he is missed. Bill Bryan has lost a valued employee in my view.
