Great service, reasonable pricing and Tim Lile went out of his way to see that I was taken care of. Tim is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
I called to say that I had a problem and missed my time. They said to come on in any way. When I got there about an hour later they took me might in and did an outstanding job at a great price.
WILL NOT GO BACK . was told they did not want either of my 2 trade-ins . too many miles , not good enough. finally did offer $400.00 on one . went to another dealer for close to the same car at cheaper price . offered $4500.00 trade-in on both . guess where I bought . these big dealers seem to have forgotten how they started. big fancy lots also come with huge mim. profit margins. WILL NOT GO BACK. learned my lesson.......

I have only had my car two days so only time will tell as to my future service with them but we worked with a salesman called Miguel. He was excellent. Very patient and not pushy at all, I told him what I wanted and he came thru. I hope my future business with them is as positive
I was at Bill Bryan Kia on Friday Jan 19th for my maintenance check up, everything was fine and everyone involved was very friendly and polite.
This was my first time to get service there. Mark Valentin did a great job but a little rushed. I'll be back!
I dealt with Leslie in the service department today and she was amazing, went over and above customer service and handled everything I needed. She is the best service rep that I have ever dealt with in this dealership. She is a HUGE asset to this department. Thank you Leslie!!!!
