I just bought a 2018 Kia Soul. Chris Graph was very knowledgeable about the car and it's different model types in accordance to options and safety rating. I was also able to negotiate a fair price and would recommend Chris and the Bill Bryan Kia dealership to any of my friends or relatives who are interested in buying a new or used Kia.
Our salesman (Trent) was very informative, courteous, and knowledgeable. The business manager (Eddie) was very efficient, did a very good job of explanation, and through with making certain we understood each step. I highly recommend this dealership.
Customer service rep. Alissya was wonderfull. She keeped me informed about progress on my car also very attentive to the car sevice.
Came in for an oil change, was told it was going to be 90 minutes, and it was. That included a tire rotation and wash. Any issues were explained and future recall events.
