WAIT TIME WAS EXTREMELY TOO LONG!!! Scheduled a service appointment for 3:30. Got there at 3:10. Didn't leave until 6:08. I needed service bad because I was almost 1,000 miles over and it didn't make sense to drive all the way to Wesley Chapel where I bought my Kia Optima when there's a Kia dealership here in Leesburg. The staff was nice, but my time is very valuable. I'm living here in Leesburg temporarily in order to care for my father who's ill. Aggravated and stressed!!! My wife and I bought an optima, Sirhan was our salesman and he couldnt be any nicer. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Not pushy at all. We went to Honda and they were terrible, very pushy and impolite. We were interested in a Niro, but went for an Optima. Very happy so far. Sirhan has the patience of Job, in dealing with the wife ( the pitbull)
We had a great experience buying our almost new Kia Sole. Tim Lile and Keith Fennelly were great! Although it took a long time to make our purchase, there were a Lot of extenuating circumstances which took a bit of time to work out. Other than that we are VERY happy with our car and glad to have made friends with 2 great men! Thank you Bill Bryan Kia. We will recommend them to anybody who is looking for a car.
I have always had great service there. They have been able to fix problems that other dealers have not been able to repair. Best waiting room around, too!!

We took our Optima in for an oil change and after a few minute wait we were greeted by a very pleasant Mario, Service Advisor, who invited us to go in and have popcorn and a hot dog while we waited for our car. We were later informed that our oil change was complete and our car was undergoing a complimentary car wash. Mario said everything had checked out OK except our brake fluid was at a point that it needed changing so we elected to have that done which took another hour.
