We have a new Niro and have had excellent service. I particularly like the way recommended work is explained to us and then we make the choice.

I came in coming from another dealership that treated me like a child. I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Miguel. He was a great salesman. I told him what I wanted and was looking for and he went out of his way to give me the best he could. This was by far the best experience and treatment I have ever gotten from a dealership and salesman ever. I will definitely come again.

Him and the Bill Bryan team were so helpful with all my needs and made me feel like I was not signing my life away for a car. Everything was explained perfectly and any question or concern I had Miguel made sure that everything was explained and that I was never confused. I was a bit surprised that it took 2.5 hours for a general maintenance of changing the oil and rotation tires but it's been a long time since I've taken anything in to have work done on it. I had called and set it an appointment in advance so I would not have to wait. That being said, everything was fine including the salesperson Tim Lile who once again showed me how to set up the navigation on my Niro. He has the patience of Job! All in all, a good trip to the dealership.
