This dealership's service dept is the best. I had a problem with my car and I called to see if they could fit me in. Alissa said they were booked solid, but to come right away and she would do her best to fit me in. And she did just that. Best customer service ever!!

This dealership went above and beyond. I blew my tire on a trip from Orlando (in the rain, no less), and Kia Roadside Assistance sent a tow truck to take me here to fix it. We got there 30mins after the service shop was closed. The GM called in the Parts Manager (who had just gotten home) to come back and open the shop. They got my tire fixed and me back on the road. They were the most genuinely warmhearted people I've ever met.
This is my second Kia and second Kia I bought from Sirhan. ..I went from an Optima to a new Stinger...and for the second time Sirhan went above and beyond what most car dealers would to help me. Sirhan was honest and on point he worked hard to get me in my Stinger and I'm glad he did...great car!! Bill Bryan Kia told me because of my loyalty I was considered a VIP...and they prove it every time I come in
