Called to have an oil change for an emergency trip to Tennessee. They told us the girl who schedules is out sick and no one else knows how to do it. How ridiculous is that. My husband asked to speak to the manager or any manager and the receptionist wouldn't put him through because she is not allowed to do that she must take a number instead. OMG this is a new car with a 120,000 mile warranty we purchased . The new Sorento is great, but service at Bill Bryan so far is a failure. We are paying out of pocket for the oil change... read more
Very friendly and professional service department. I had the first service done on my new forte and our wait time was minimal. They have a really nice waiting area with coffee and snacks.
This is a way cool place to have maintenance and repairs made. They have a cool waiting room and my only complaint is by 11;30 they have run out of donuts! Now that is a serious problem for them to work on🤔!!!!!!!
