Didn't get the vehicle but they were very helpful, gave me the out the door pricing and were even going to contact transport to get the vehicle to VA

I have a 2016 Sorento, I have been to this dealership numerous times over my hatch malfunction. First I was told video proof was fine then rejected then finally they get it to duplicate but now I'm being told they have to duplicate it yet again. I'm so over this whole process about warranty work, oh and to make this an even better joke of a situation the basic loaner I was given has a hatch that doesn't work as well. I'm way beyond irritated with this whole situation considering how much I'm paying for this Sorento.

Bill Bryan Kia sold my mom a lemon car, motor has had to be replaced, still issues, customer service sucks and they are very rude. Don’t come here if you want a car on warranty and don’t come here if your expecting to get the best value for your money paid!
