This story starts in July of 2019 were my mother went out to start her 2016 Kia Soul ( still under factory warranty cause it was under 100,000 miles) and could not get it to turn over. The car was then towed to the dealership where she was give a loaner while they worked on it. I don’t recommend in general. Yesterday I went to get my oil changed . My air pressure light went on earlier . I was told there was a nail in my driver side rear tire towards inside of tire & could not be plugged due to location. service advisor Will Sherman came to me with a quote for a new tire $ 191. I rejected offer. I then drove to another tire facility, to get a plug, NO NAIL WAS FOUND, they also put tire in water container to see if bubbles appeared NONE .... hmmm My air pressure light has not gone on .
