Three different sales people called me and everyone gave me a different price. At the end they said it was a mistake and the highest price is the correct price. Never mind I’ll buy somewhere else thank you very much. Hate when they play games like that.
The car dealer contacted me quickly with a full quote. Unfortunately the 1400$ discount off the MSRP, was eaten up in Document Fees, and other non descript dealer processing fees, such that there was no discount actually offered. This was not the case with other dealer offers.
RecommendedGeneral Manager JR Rainer is the best. He tries so hard to make you happy. He makes you feel that you are family. Great sales team. Service Team needs make over. Some service techs lack proper training, thus returns to dealership for do overs.

Everyone was friendly. Very nice place the only thing is it took longer than I thought for and oil change and a recall to reset the computer. But beside the wait it was a nice experience
I loved getting updates on my car... I felt like I was in a well equipped waiting room( snacks, hot dogs, ) in a big city hospital, waiting for the surgeon to come out and say “all Done!”... and a complementary car wash and vacuum....
I enjoyed the purchasing process. By far the best buying experience I've had. However the service department attempted to defraud me and I have documentation to support my claim and now the state of Florida will have it.
