RecommendedEveryone was friendly. Very nice place the only thing is it took longer than I thought for and oil change and a recall to reset the computer. But beside the wait it was a nice experience
I loved getting updates on my car... I felt like I was in a well equipped waiting room( snacks, hot dogs, ) in a big city hospital, waiting for the surgeon to come out and say “all Done!”... and a complementary car wash and vacuum....
I enjoyed the purchasing process. By far the best buying experience I've had. However the service department attempted to defraud me and I have documentation to support my claim and now the state of Florida will have it.

WORST!!!!! Not only did they change their pricing on us but they didn’t honor our TruCar price. Reported to TruCar and they opened an investigation. Beware! They do not listen to you, they do not care about the customer, the GM has to sign off on any discounts, they don’t honor pricing, shady and terrible. Got four better deals from other dealers. So happy with my new car from Deland Kia, we closed a deal in 30 min via email and had the car in an hour and a half at Deland Kia. Bill Bryan Kia Worst Car Experience EVER!!!
Great service and staff! Tim is the best. I recently lost my 2016 Forte in an accident due to a careless driver, and Tim helped ensure it was replaced with a better and newer model with all the features I was looking for at a very fair price. While I was at work he took care of my registration/tag transfer and everything so all I had to do when I picked it up was sign and add it to my insurance (which he even took care of for me after I gave my insurance provider authorization). He made it so easy and stress free.
Bill Bryan Kia is a wonderful dealership full of friendly,helpful and knowledge people. I have had nothing but great experiences with sales and service. And I’m on my fourth Kia and have loved each one.
