They take advantage by overcharging customers that have to be towed to them. I made the mistake of feeling I could trust a Kia dealer. I know they were hoping I would get frustrated enough to trade my vehicle with them, but I would never give the rip off artists the satisfaction! $2500 worth of parts to tell me I had a blown head gasket. Unacceptable!

We purchased a used 2016 Nissan Sentra this last weekend and it was one of the best car buying experiences that we’ve ever had. Our salesperson, Anthony, was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us find the car that fit into our budget. I would definitely recommend Bill Bryan Kia and Anthony to my friends.
I gave them one star because I had to but they don’t even deserve that. They called us to tell us a Telluride was in just the way we want it. We told them we ordered one and were working with another dealer. Jamie told us to come in and I quote “we will match the price or beat it”. We drove an hour and when we got there they can’t get anywhere near the price we have in writing from the other KIA dealer. Lied to us just to get us in the door. Terrible way to do business and we would suggest stealing clear of this dealership.
General Manager JR Rainer is the best. He tries so hard to make you happy. He makes you feel that you are family. Great sales team. Service Team needs make over. Some service techs lack proper training, thus returns to dealership for do overs.
