Service Advisor Leslie was great! She was very professional and kept me informed of work progress. The customer waiting area is very nice with comfortable chairs, tables, TV sets, and lots of snacks.

This is our fourth Kia that we have bought from them and we have loved all of them they have the best service department and they have all kinds of goodies and drinks for free while you wait I don't know of anybody else that does that
I just had the best experience in buying a car in my many years with Tim Lile. I had gone in for servicing on my 2012 Sportage which did not have a lot of mileage but was thinking of getting a new Sportage. I explained exactly what I wanted on the car and price range and came through. He explained everything to me and even made a house call. He's a keeper. I have been dealing with the dealership for many years and never had a bad thing to say about them.
Excellent service department. Timely service, no wait for a tech, and very fast return time. They washed the vehicle and vacuumed the sand out of the front, were very courteous, and have earned my business in the future.
Very positive experience. Working with Sales Consultant Keith, manager Ozzie, and finance Eddie was great. They went above and beyond to make our new vehicle purchase a success. I would deal with B.B. Kia in the future for my automobile needs.
