Replacing a windshield is not fun. Bill Bryant Subaru made it easy and and painless. They took care of everything. My windshield was replaced and calibrated. Since it was a long process they drove me home and picked me up. Now that's service!
Very efficient, on time, took care of the servicing of our Kia in a very timely manner. Even served breakfast ! 😊 Compared to our prior car (Ford) , Kia remembers what customer service really means. So glad we purchased a Kia !
People are nice to deal with. Service is great. Bought the car 1-31-14. Everyone is nice. I would buy the Kia Soul again - but only if I can still get Alien Green. I think you guys made a mistake going to white in your advertising this year. When you had the green, you were noticed.
I took my 2017 Kia Sorento in for an oil change. Mario in the Service Department was very friendly and efficient. The service was completed while I waited and they washed the car as part of the service. I also appreciated free hotdogs and coffee in their customer cafe area while I waited since my appointment was at lunch time!
