I drive from Spring Hill and always have a pleasant experience. Mario is very caring and professional. I actually called the Kia dealer closer to me but they were not very "Friendly ". I guess if you didn't buy the car there, then they don't care. That's my only concern. IF and WHEN the car needs anything major done O don't know what we'll do. An hour and 15 minutes would be a very expensive tow. Hopefully that will never happen.
I know it's just me, because everyone else has such great service here. Nobody else comes in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, has the mechanic break off a wheel stud, then agree to a front alignment, then told the back is out of alignment, agree to the rear alignment and waste 3-4 hours of their day. It's just me, right. And...this isn't the first bad experience here. I never get out of here in less than 2 hours, no matter what. I will vouch for the quality of the Kia product, but the service? It's just me!

We took our 2015 Sorento in for an oil change and drove home in a brand new Sportage. Our entire experience during those few hours was wonderful. Everyone that works there is so kind and up-beat. That rubs off on the other customers and everyone seemed to be quite content.
Love my Sorento! We came in for a test drive and left with it! It's everything ive wanted. We had a great experience from Zack to Randy. Will recommend and maybe bring my daughter in..thanks again
I was not pleased at all with this dealership and will not purchase a Kia again. Before they sold us a vehicle they were extremely nice but once they did they didn't care! The Sorento vehicle was hard to steer and did not drive smoothly. The Managers at the dealership ignored our concerns after the sale and the sales manager insulted our intelligence with his numbers game playing on trying to make another sale. We ended up going to a different dealership and bought a Chevrolet instead!!!
Had pleasant experience yesterday at the dealership. Had several issues to be taken care of that were handled very well. Past few visits for service have been pleasant.

Well I went in yesterday as a matter of fact for an oil change on our truck and also to have them look over a few other things I was concerned about. Our service advisor was Alyssa and she was very prompt and explained in detail everything that was done and what it would cost us in parts and labor if it were to be serviced as well.
