We love the service we get at Bill Bryan Kia and especially Frank Ballard. He is very conscientious and my husband always requests him to work on our car. The people who are employed there are a big part of Bill Bryan, maybe a cut above the average. Thanks again Frank and Bill Bryan Kia for taking such good care of our van.
We literally just left... Dealt with a guy named Scott. First off, he bashed all other Kia dealerships, instead of promoting Bill Bryan. We sat down and wanted to get our van appraised. He wouldn't do the value of trade without all of our personal information. So as we were walking out with our two children he yelled, "Might want to go to Carmax then".
