This was my second time coming to Bill Bryan Kia, this time to trade in the 2010 Kia Soul for a new, shiny one. I came in wanting to look at new 2016 fantom blue Kia Souls and Zach Bell made the entire process great. He never beat around the bush with any other cars and focused solely on my needs. We had a great experience at the Kia in Leesburg. Laurie was very attentive to our needs. On the way home from the dealership , we got a flat tire. I discovered there was not a spare tire included with the car. We called Kia and they had the car towed to them and fixed the flat for free because they had compassion that we didn't even get the car home yet. Thank you for bringing back the loss of good costumer service!!!
