Not a good experience, my mothers been waiting for dinner two hours, the nurse and cna kept telling the man who brings the food what she wants he never returned and she is taking meds that she has to take with food, and she is still waiting and no one has attended to her yet. Some of the staff are good and some of that staff you have to wonder how did they get hired smh

Iam very happy with this hospital very professional and pleasant, I always treated my self there and never had a problem and my niece was taken there with food poison ☠ to The emergency room and was treated fast there not to many hospital with this service left I was at Brooklyn not to long and had to stay in a chair for 24 hr until they discharge me.
The staff was very nice from top to bottom but this place was not clean as hospital should be. Not clean at all.
Thanks to all the staff: Doctors, technicians and nurses at Beth Israel. I have had wonderful care, everyone have been there for me all the time and you made feel very comfortable. Thank you so much for all your support and help!
Sat in the lobby for over an hour before they even looked my direction..went to the desk 3 times. Staff is rude. Doctors are good staff and waiting is horrible. Mt Sinai 34th street.
Well to speed up the process if I'm sick, I'll call the answering service to speak with an on call Doctor. So I get a call back, sounds like she literally just woke up out of her sleep. I describe my symptoms. This "Doctor" then replies I can wait till 9am because I woke her up out of her sleep!! Yes. I interrupted her sleep?? How do you say that to a patient?
