The worst service ever I could've been dead and no1 checked on my. They need reevaluate who they make a doctor or nurse. I couldn't make this up.. I was coughing and throwing up and. No1 came to check if I was ok. Then when I notified them they said we'll be right with you I'm done. I have a better chance going to Bellevue hospital.

Terrible in every way. You cannot get anyone on the phone. They have a terrible phone system that allows you to leave messages, but that never means you will get a call back. They put together a "patient portal" to help patients avoid using the phone, but of the dozen or so messages I have written them, I have yet to get a single response. On top of that, they errantly billed me $695 and have given me no recourse to fix the issue. I cannot believe how incompetent your billing dept is. Every visit is billed incorrectly; there's always a problem. I think I need to switch from my Beth Israel based doctor to someone else because I can't deal with the rude, inept people in your billing department again.

I wish I could rank the midwife group separate from the hospital, because they are great. They get two stars just for that. Otherwise I am extremely disappointed in how things have changed now that Mount Sinai has taken over. Nearly every time I get a bill, the wrong insurance is charged. I am at a loss as to how to remedy this. Apparently, handing your insurance card in at every appointment isn't enough.
