Every experience with this hospital has been less than savory. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Doctor Busta has been extremely difficult to get ahold of for the 2 years that my girlfriend has been going here for her type 1 diabetes checkups. He hardly gives constructive advice. She is traveling to china soon for business and he doesn't care to help figure out what she should do to prepare for this trip. This puts a lot of unecessary stress on her. Why are we having to research this information ourselves? what exactly does this doctor get paid to do?

I was charged $1,400 to sit alone in the ER for 1 hour, finally tell a med student I burned my finger, get handed some burn cream and was then sent home. Who do you have calculating expenses, and why haven't they been fired?

I want to thank everyone at the Phillips Ambulatory Care Center for an excellent care during my surgery. The nurses were very nice and caring made my waiting for the surgery very comfortable. Special thanks to Pamela from the recovery room for her big, loving heart.And of course doctors- big THANK YOU!
