My Doctor, Nurse's and staff are amazing, they provide the best care for me. I would recommend this hospital to everyone.
My daughter was admitted for asthma on Tuesday. During our stay I've discovered that the staff is divided, it's either great and courteous or just plain rude and aggressive. In this stay I experienced both. So I spoke up, and complained to patient care. Whether or not it will make a difference in the long run I cannot say but I was provided an apology, and so was my child. A wonderil place with caring kind docs.. ER can get crowded in summer so can b difficult. OThewise 1) they saved my 90 year old mother's life after a stroke and got her walking again 2) my good friend at 68 had an irreversible situation and helped her die with dignity among all her friends. 3) they just saved the life of my best friend Beatirice after she was in a coma that we thought and they feared she would never come out of. My Mom had the best doctors there, she was getting Diaylsis and never had a problem, her Doctors Alway greet her with lots of love. Her primary doctor now my Doctor is the best . My Mom passed away , but her Doctor went beyond to make sure she got the best care and she did. She pass away but it wasn't because of her Doctors . I still keep in touch with them and thank God every day that they were there for my mother.
Waiting 45 mins JUST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT in Mammography? Then waiting another 45 mins for a simple blood test? This place is in shambles.
A very caring and thorough staff answered every concern in ICU
I had an apointment for a Canscan,and as usual;the help and care for the patients its an A plus+++; nice and winderful staff,makes me forget sometimes have to go thru all of this;due to my cancer treatment with peace of mind.
Talking to the doctor's in the Autoimmune Disease Center are great. They listened to suggestions and answered questions forthright about alternatives to use to help my friend get better results with her diabetes so she can start feeling better. I was invited to meet with the Mt. Sinai hospital's nutritionist for further additional information and guidance.
