RecommendedI could not be more happy with the Labor & Delivery unit at SNCH. Everyone is extremely professional, welcoming and supportive. The nurses and doctors here truly care about their patients and I cannot thank them enough for helping me deliver my baby and the support throughout the entire process.

Bed pan not emptied, no oral hygiene till 2:30 in the afternoon. No call back from the head of nursing or the hospital administrator. Next will be a complaint to the state board of nursing and the Insurance Commissioner office.
RecommendedI made an appointment to meet with an internist and it went very well. I didn’t have to wait at all. He did recommend a few tests and they were able to schedule me the same day, with barely any waiting. Very professional front desk folks, great support staff (technicians et al.). I highly recommend Mount Sinai Brooklyn Heights Urgent Care.
Worst hospital ever. My mother is currently in their emergency department asking to be transferred to winthrop.
I have a few reasons!! One being i came in in February of 2018. Was told to go to the ER because my blood pressure was dropping. I was so sick, i didn’t realize i had sepsis , completely dehydrated and running a fever. Well they left me sitting in the ER for hours, the Nurses knew how sick i was but it was more important to take undocumented persons first!!! Really!! Dr.Emil Achmond should be committed to the psych ward I've never had a junior Dr over see my care and flip out because a client is more informed on medication and information then he is , maybe he had a bad day or needs a vacation but the man was unprofessional and kept provoking me left and right , this man is dangerous and shouldn't be in the care of anyone, I called the Director who then blamed me , if you value you’re health seek assistance else where
