Went to Pediatric ER, hard to locate entrance from taxi. Need to improve signage visibility! ESP for people in a panic, have a guard or doorman help outside. Over all good experience and no wait. Doctors and nurses very nice.

Don’t come here for an emergency if possible. The security staff are manning the phones and front desk and they are completely useless.

I went to ER and told the nurse I was in labor. She told me I was constipated as I'm shitting all over the floor. She gave me something to make me shit and I told her I was under Dr. care high risk and was not suppose to have my baby lying on my back and was suppose to get epidural as soon as I went into labor due to my medical condition. She refused to call my Dr. and kept saying I'm not in labor. 45 minutes later my water broke and I had my daughter. Then she called the Dr. and I heard him screaming at her because she didn... read more

My mom fell and broke her hip and is in SNCH for the 3rd time in the last 5 years. Even though in a different ward, (reconstructive surgery) ALL of the staff, including nurses, physical therapists, even the bed changers (sorry, don't know their official title) are kind, professional, and efficient. Big shout out to nurse Michelle for having the patience of a saint, given my mom has dementia and is very confused.

My father died peacefully in his sleep at your hospital on March 8th. He had a DNR in place but your team ignored our wishes and resuscitated and intubated him anyway. He woke up confused, disoriented and in pain. My father suffered greatly for several hours before the tube was removed and he was allowed to die again. My mother, myself and my siblings were traumatized by these events. No patient or family should ever be subjected to this kind of treatment.

I was admitted to ward F3 on September 19, 2018, and was discharged on October 25, 2018. I entered the F3 ward sick, tired and scared. I could barely walk from having a severe case of cellulitis. My condition was out of control. I'm grateful for the care I received from all who helped me to healthy. From maintenance, nutrition, health-aids, nurses, and doctors, all care that was given to me was genuine-quality care. Also, I appreciate letting me ware cozy baggy clothes to feel more comfortable and helped me feel less sick wh... read more
